Entry before 2pm in the room.

It can be done as long as the bed or room  is already released and clean for use.  The service cannot be scheduled in advance, only on the day of use, after consultation at the reception desk.

Laundry fee per item is charged. The guest has free use for the entire stay, but if you want to exchange it for a clean one, you need to pay the fee again. Only guests in private rooms are entitled to towels for free, one per guest in the room. Guest must return items upon departure.

It's included:
A safe space to leave your luggage before and after check-in.

It can only be used by people with day use service or who have stayed at least 1 night in the hostel.

For use in individual lockers in shared rooms. We recommend that the guest bring their own, when this is not possible, models are available for sale at the reception desk

Tickets for major events such as the Carnival parade and football matches can be purchased at the reception desk. Tickets are also available for parties on all days of the week and packages for guided tours and transfers to the  best known points  city tourist. If you need a transfer to another nearby city, we also have options available.
